TT Civils is professionally registered with Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) to ensure legislative compliance, protection of our brand and of our Intellectual Property Rights (trademarks, patents, designs and copyright) and maintenance thereof. TT Civils is a BBBEE Level 1 Contributor with 100.00% black ownership and is 50.00% black woman owned. Our services range from; Design & Planning, Construction, Engineering Consultancy, Property Valuations & Quantity Surveying, and Other Construction Value Added services. We service a very broad spectrum of claintele base both in South Africa and in Lesotho from various industries such as, Individuals, Property Developers, Property Investors, Construction contractors, Corporate Groups, SMME Entities, Governments, Local Authorities and Financial Institutions/Banks. In support of local socio-economic upliftment, non-permanent human resources/ workers at an average in excess of 40 part time staff are appointed, per full turnkey project of a house construction. More than 50% of such work force is sourced from the local communities within which projects are located.
